Raz offers tarot and divination sessions alongside handmade ritual tools for personal growth and self-reflection. With over 30 years in the healing arts — including training in yoga therapy, Reiki, earth-based wisdom, and end-of-life care — Raz’s work supports those moving through change, grief, and personal transformation. As the resident shop fairy, Raz tends to the plant relatives and creative spaces, offering support behind the scenes.

Services Offered:

Tarot and Divination Readings: By appointment only, with a suggested donation range of $20–$150, based on your ability to pay. (no one turned away for lack of funds) Readings can be done in person, by phone, or virtually. Each session focuses on providing insights and suggestions for personal reflection.
Handmade Ritual Tools: Available in small batches in the retail shop, including custom amulets, grief wreaths, intention candles, anointing oils, steam bundles, and saining bundles. Each item is crafted with intention, using traditional practices for healing and spiritual connection.

Raz brings over 30 years of experience offering intuitive guidance and supporting individuals through life transitions. With a background in the healing arts spanning 25 years, including a decade of study with traditional healers, and certifications in yoga therapy, Reiki, and end-of-life care, this depth of experience informs the approach. Raz has founded and directed a visual and healing arts company, developed wellness programs for diverse communities, and taught in a variety of settings, including schools, corporate environments, and retreats with a current focus on offering readings, art and ritual tools drawn from both studies and lived experience to support the personal evolution of others.

Raz began studying the art of offering readings at an early age, learning through observation and practice with elders. Over the past 30 years, this practice has evolved through diverse experiences—from reading professionally over the phone in the 1990s and at street fairs across the Pacific Northwest and California to providing private sessions for self-reflection in homes and a specialty shop in Greenwich Village, NYC.

In Person Readings

Readings begin with you either voicing your question or holding it silently in your mind while engaging with the tools for self-reflection. Raz then lays out the tools in a traditional spread, interpreting their meanings in relation to one another and their placement. Throughout the reading, there is space for reflection, clarifying questions, and discussion of practices or tools to help integrate the insights received.

When commissioning a personalized amulet, Raz will conduct a brief interview to understand the intention you wish to amplify, what you want the amulet to remind you of, and any details about your ancestry or interests you'd like to share. From there, Raz intuitively selects materials and crafts an amulet tailored specifically to your needs. Each amulet is a unique, medicinal tool designed to support and strengthen your personal intention.

Email, text, phone or video readings

For those who prefer written guidance, Raz offers detailed virtual readings that include photos of the spread, journaling prompts, and personalized suggestions for integration. After receiving your question, Raz works with self-reflection tools rooted in ancestral traditions to craft a comprehensive response. Many appreciate virtual readings for the convenience of asking from their own space and the benefit of having an in-depth written record to revisit over time.
